fly-by-night updates:
-dave barr is unavailable from what i've heard, so bring lights if you have them. the other thing is the PA system.
-the rock opera is on the fence, our lead guitarist is not available for 12/22, and we're still looking for a bass player. we'll let you know as soon as we know what we're doing.
-the venue is still up in the air, so if you're posting a location, TBA is probably the safest bet. but we should have a definite spot pinned down ASAP, like a week before this thing happens would be good. then again, when the merry pranksters put on the acid tests, the venue was always an unkown last minute fly-by-night location, and they didn't have cell phones back then. last i heard we may be at a VFW with no rental fee. stay tuned for the latest updates....

You called us a trio again... which is technically true but still, might want to edit that before posting it willy nilly all over the place.
But besides that, everything looks good. The new location should be great. What should we tell people in terms of BYOB and other ground rules that may be different from the warehouse?
We'll be bringing a guitar amp (combo + cabinet) that might be available for sharing, and maybe also a bass amp or some extra drums. We can also bring a few (probably no more than 3) mics and stands and some extra mic cables, extension cords, power strips. Not sure about lights, but we'll see what we can scrounge up between the three of us.

Yeah, Vorcan can you please fix the flyer: "The Victor Williams Band" not "trio"
If you'd like to just bring cymbals/snare that is ok you can use the rest of josh's set (gretch)...
I'll have a bass amp ready, but by all means bring what will make you comfortable.
I hope the earlier start up time is cool with you guys, we'll try to have a meeting around 4 near the venue for last minute planning before load in. I'll email you the adress and a local/cell phone # as soon as I get it...
The Vfw is 250$ so we'll ask for donations or have a bake sale to raise cash, maybe if we ask for donnations and we get more than 250$ we can split it up with the bands... -or- should we try to charge 3$ or 5$ at the door...
input? (no wrong answers) if you can read this give us input, quit standing against the wall, this ain't gym class, this is degicon sucker!

my rhodes and synth and mic are available for sharing...
ask for a $5 donation at the door, letting people know the rental fee for the space.
we should bring food, because people will get hungary and a hunagry mob is an angry mob...
