I think James has a good point here. If Carson is done let us know, don't lie about it. If a gig is booked let us know don't lie about it. If a gig is canceled let us know don't lie about. Please don't mention dogs and masters, Ask everyone around you who the worse dog owner in town is and I'm sure of the answer you'll get.

Hey Josh, Sorry buddy, I didn't mean to attack you, I was just looking at how much time your brother speands on the computer and I started think "Wasn't I Asked not to play 80% of our songs since not everyone knows them?" Then I started thinking, " Didn't mike and I record 100+ songs so everyone could play these new songs instead of westerly prkwy songs?" . Then I started wondering how many time Jack, Eli, and Caleb have had band practise since August when they all began this stretch of living in the same town?" That was the question that put me "over the edge". Everyone has made a lot of crazy allegations over the last 3 months(that's right, it's march now with no demo), and it seems that nothing has been acomplished. I've heard that the studio record is no good, but I know for a fact the drums and Bass are perfect. Maybe instead of talking to us out of towners about it, jack, eli, and caleb can talk about it at their weekly band practise. That's right, here is my crazy allegation: 3/5ths of p22 have a weekly practise to try to begin to catch up with the 2/5ths that have already practised the material and know it
That's right, either you guys start practising once a week (and talking bizness at practise) or I'm done.
this is ridiculus, I've learned 850 new(since 9/96) songs and so far you guys know about 25 of them and only will play 10 of those. it's great to jam, but until we are on the same page we don't have a lot to say in the jams. If you don't know what to play please refer to econocank's, their is about 50 p22 songs on it, and 100 pat panang's, (pat panang is the original franks farm, recordings so you guys can catch up when you get back from boston or minnesota or whatever) also franks farm has a bunch of new songs. Maybe they aren't good but we don't know 'cause josh and I are still waiting to play them with you guys. Don't forget "miss you" for march 20th. Please respond. i think you can put what you guys practised up on intrenet once a week so me and Josh can keep up to date. songs to play on march tour: The Tunnel -_-_-_-_ la la la Ligit frodo inmula etc. If you guys start this week you can practise 3 times before our next set of shows. Boy that would sound great! maybe there wouldn't be as much tension if you guys practised instead of attack josh, James, and I. Back to work (oh sorry, I meant, "start working...") >>>>>]]]][}}}]}]]] on a lihter note: I've got that first planet 22 album in, it is better everytime I hear it!

I dont think people would appriciate you putting words in there mouths James.
Lets all remember to try to respect people anomonity on this message board and accorss the internet.
I dont think a landlord would be very happy if he found out 10 extra people and 3 dogs were living in a house that he had setup a lease for only 2 people. So keep that in mind when you spit out peoples names.
Consider using names like "the founder" or "j." when referring to people that do not view this forum, in a feeble attempt to keep their identity private.

Eli, Caleb and I are in preliminary negotiations to set weekly practices for the 3 of us. Very belated yes, but we are working on it.
Second
I cannot learn and practice songs that are on econocank or any onther CD.
They are useful listening tools, but are no substitute for real practice with real musicians. If i don't know what chords and meters you are using, i cannot learn the song. I can always guess some of the material, but it is often a waste of time if the chords and meter changes very quickly.
It is not possible for me to practice or learn songs utilizing the digital delay, because it cannot sync up with a recording, it must be done live.
I also have a dozen or more new songs, but I do not pretend that they are finished because I like to think that our songs are coolaboratively written, not handed down as is.
There is no way to learn a song off of a CD, and then go out and do a professional cut of the song.
We need practice as a 5 piece. There is absolutely no substitute for it. CD's and 3 person sectionalls must happen and must be tools that we use to progress, but we are not doing what msut happen above and beyond that.
The music will continue to be stale (at times), and sloppy (more often than not) until we have regular practices of the entire band.
I propose that the entire band practice 2 times for every one gig that we have. If we cannot, we are doomed to failure. CD's and 3 piece practice will not save us from this fate.

Jack econo cank has all p22 songs performed by p22. I'm not as interested in new songs as I am in songs You guys say you don't know even though I've got tapes with you playing them perfect. I've spent 6 years no trying to learn songs where I've not changed a thing. You don't need me there to learn what you already know. James is saying the stuff he is because he is an expert at hitting the weak spot. He knows I'm bored and I'm waiting to play new(5 year old) songs as soon as we learn the last 150 songs I made up with members of P22 (active or inactive). In many "Professional"(you and jash's favorite word) settings a musician will hand out a recording with the songs to be performed and meet for a quick rehersal followed by a performance and some cash. If you guys aren't willing to play these songs (90% from before y2k) Then i need to play them with some other folks. I would be happy to put together one of these pick up bands that p22 could open for. I'm just kidding (kind of).

Hey guys! Sorry the demo is not done, I guess the 5 hours in the studio that I fit in after 8 hours of work, 3 hours of school, 2 hours of piano practice, and 4 hours of animal abuse every day isn't cutting it under the shadow of all your guys hard work. Maybe I need another employee handbook so I can stop being so incompitent and start learning how to really make progress with my time.

heheh
Yes I did tell Eli, that DuqIknow villages could put together a rough draft If we had copys of the data disc. He tried to feed me a line of BS about how it would degrad in quality, but sound forge can handle 24bit wav files. Joe's also an excellent editor/producer and with his new computer he could probably easily do this as well.. See my post in the inner santum for more details on that...
I see your point about PSU James, unfortunatly I dont even consider me having to work 60 hours a week where I work real work either, but at least Im getting paid for it... ;D
James, please dont mention where I work, on this board anymore. I would like to keep that private.

Hey guys, your jedi mind tricks are too much for me...did you guys learn that trick from the employee handbook - when you don't know what you're talking about, just sound like you do...maybe I should quit PSU and just study my handbook so until I start getting my life back on track with the good book, I'm going to have to back out of this quibble or else I'll just be made the fool one more time. ps. data is available for anyone interested in making new mixes (or was that another mind trick....boy you guys are slick!!! )
