James, you will need about 25-30 discs...but you'll have to make the copies yourself...I'll be too busy working on the mixes...

Sounds like it... ;D Maybe we should just get them in mp3 format... We don't need to spend 65,000,000,000,000,000 hours on this rough draft... We can do it in shorten format.. That way, it will only take 10 disc... ;D If we get this in mp3 format we may be able to fit it all on one disc, but that's only if the "data" didn't get erased off PSU.EDU servers on friday...

hEY , CAN YOU COMPUTER EXPERTS HELP ME? What's these easiest way to put a folder on econocank and lock it with a password? Did you get that spash down lined up with Duqiknow yet? I'm going to be out of computer world for a few day's know, big Jerry Dee and raz concert on Saterday in New Hampshire, Jess's Parents and Brother are coming and also Jansen and Chucky. See you next week. Bill to get the data ready by the book like Eli says would take 3 days. We've got to make days seem like hours...

Little confuessed with what your trying to say here... Easiest way to do the password thing, would be to use winzip to create a password protected archive... Very easy to do, but you may need to have winzip or a similar software installed. Good question. Using winzip would also be the most widely accepted platform to use. Didn't start working on the splash thing yet, but its very easy to do. It would proabaly only take you about 4 hours to figure it out and do it. It would take me about 1 hour. So we can do that. Thats what Im trying to do, cut 65,000,000,000,000,000 hours, 16250-19500 Megabytes, 25-30 CD's down to a 3 hour job, but me and james are having trouble... Time means very little to me anymore, so it won't take that long at all...

What if i zip the mp3's up then i'll be able to get twice as many on a disc. If you can hook up the splash that would be best, I'm realy out of time here. New econo sounds pretty good. New mad dragon, Dank-22 live at crazy dave's 4/26/97, planet 22 live at cafe 210 from spring '98, chickenboot 9/17/98 staring Ben, ,Mike, Mike, Matt, Tim, Jack, Josh, and Joe, plus much more. late

Its just as easy for you to do as it is for me... Heres a great article that will explin how to do this and it even includes a program that will create the autorun.inf file for you so there is no programming necessary... Very simple. www.ashzfall.com/products/autorun/

My big concern right now is getting a rough draft for the band to review. I would be more concerned with the quality for a final mix down...

Each of the 16 tracks (instruments) is it's own WAV file, so a 5 minute song has 5 x 16 amount of data as 5 min of individual WAV. At 48 KHz 24 bit sampling, that is: 48,000 sam/sec * 24 bit/sam * 5min/track * 60 sec/min * 16 tracks = 5.520 GB .... for a 5 minute song. CD's hold 700 MB. DVD's hold much more, can't wait for REC's DVD burner! Anyway, CD's are 30 cents each, don't waste your time converting WAV to MP3. You can get the data from me anytime you want, but proofs for all songs we have data for are already made...time for micro-editing for the demo. I will be working on them on the PSU campus computers, if anybody wants to join me so they can give me their input.

Hey Josh did you show James the studio video tape? Well I realy thought you said we got some HAT footage, Can we convert some of that to Video and Line it up for Speacial Edition ECONOCANK EXTRA to go along with EconoCankIV in April. In stead of attacking ELI James and everyone can just enjoy a movie while leaving ELI(the MASTA) alone to do his work(schoolwork). We've got to make Hours Seem Like Minutes Now!
