I was on the right track for my spine, but thanks for clarifying. I've been using 2 scoops of icecream in 1 cup of organic milk(I'm enjoying this remedy right now). Keep going with the remedies when you have time. Can I reprint these to give to people?

Folks,
There are just too many natural remedies to post at random. If anyone has a specific concern let me know.
Breaking addiction (drugs, smoking, sex, television, etc.):
There are natural remedies to support these actions but all in all the craving will be there until it is worked through. The most direct way is to find the need. Most of the time it is stress or energetic collapse but in some cases especially with drugs and sex there is a wound that needs attention.
Clearing the wounds. Two ways. The first way involves a bit of practice but it is very effective and once it is mastered to a degree you can help others with your skills. We call it "fishing" and you will see why.
Basically the heart on a subtle level is a hologram for the entire being. So addressing the heart on this level is incredibly useful in healing wounds. Begin by finding a quiet place where no one will be bothering you. Close your eyes and focus your attention on your heart. You may want to place a hand on the center of your chest to help keep your focus. Try to relax and clear your mind. Begin repeating the word "Allah" out loud slowly i.e. Alllahhhhhhhh, Alllllahhhhhh, Alllllahhhhh, etc. The long "ah" sound opens the heart and kindles the lights deep inside. Couple that with the secrets of this Name and BAM! you have a good start to kicking your addiction. Repeat the Name for a half hour, if you repeat it more good! An hour is the norm.
The effect of this exersise is not noticed until much repetition. You have to polish off a lot of dense cobwebs to burst through to the subtle. Saying the Name will do it for you. It is important as you do this to open your heart and love.
"Fishing". After saying the Name just sit and notice how you feel. "Listen" to what is happening inside. Let the good subtle feelings wash over you, let them do their thing (this is called surrender). The more you can just let things be what they are honestly the better your chance of healing in this way. Once you are firmly grounded in the love ask out loud, "what is it that I need to heal in order to quit (insert whatever)". After you ask just settle back into that quiet space of love and continue to just let things be what they are. Out of your heart will come an answer in a way you can understand. You may get an image, you may get words, you may see a jagged pattern that gives you a bad feeling, it could be anything. When the answer comes try not to let your mind do anything to it. Important to keep just letting things be what they are. Humble yourself and know you are listening to your truth. Whatever feeling, image, etc. you recieved is worth earmarking so you can return to it if needed. Notice when you "looking" at this feeling, image, etc. how does your body feel? Chances are the "piece" is centered somewhere in your body. You can earmark this place as well. An example would be: "All I feel is this anger...when I am feeling this anger my stomach is a pit". This is where the wound is energetically woven into your etheric. Anyway you don't need to be an energy master to finish with it. Keep your focus on the "piece" and begin to repeat the Name Allah slowly into that space. "Say" the Name into that space. As you do this continue to just let things be what they are (surrender again). You might find that as you do this the feeling begins to change. It could move to another deeper "piece" where you just continue the process or it could dissolve what you were focused on. Most of the time the "pictures" are in strands which is why it moves deeper to other images. You may find yourself seeing wounds that aren't essentially yours (clearing the DNA or family wounds), you may find yourself staring at a horned gremlin, regardless it will take you to the root of the issue. The important thing is whatever comes up nothing is stronger than "Aallllahhhhhh, Allahhhhhh, etc." Nothing can beat the love.
You will know that healing occured when you have a feeling of gratitude and a sort of completeness. If it doesn't work all the way keep practicing, it will eventually. The more you can just let everything be what it is the faster and easier your travels will be.
The secret is in the Name. Take an honest chance and I am sure you will not be dissappointed.
Method #2 Make it a daily practice to say the Name for one hour. Even better if you rise in the night and say it between the hours of 2am and 3am. This may be the long route but for sure it is the more comprehensive. Cultivating the pure love that this practice builds in the being will over time heal all wounds and raise you to a very high place.

Essential Truths
It is not hard for me to uncover my essential truth. I am obsessed with my family. Love for my wife and baby is essential and true to me. The entire world could crumble around us and I would not mind if I had my family. It is hard to translate feelings like love and convictions like truth. Often aim can be described as “true”. I think this definition reveals deeper meaning. My feelings are fixed precisely on target. Truth is intimately connected with trust. My baby seems to trust me. It will be easier to determine her opinion when she begins to talk. My wife must have a lot of faith to trust a maniac like me with her baby everyday. It is my belief that “truth” comes from inside a person. Some people can become obsessed with “truths” imposed on them from the outside. Unfortunately this has lead to our current world situation. Anyone who tells you of a truth that requires death or killing is lying. Fundamental truths emerge from the heart chakra, not from dogmatic teachings, greed, or covetous behavior. Many folks will try to convince others about the supremacy of one god or prophet. Of course the prophet they purport to follow may not have felt this way. Many people are willing to die for misinterpretations of ancient teachings. Every prophet teaches “God is Love”, but often preachers and clerics refine this lesson to God is love for us but not others. If you look to who stands to profit from twisting words of prophets you will find greed at the heart of things. Anthropologists easily simplify religious strife into competition for resources. The IRA and English pray to the same god, but they want to have control of the same land also. Israel and Palestine share a common heritage ethnically and theologically, but their greed for a common piece of land allows the death of thousands to feed opposing truths. Covetous behavior is a tricky subcategory. A truth of our culture is “manifest destiny”. A culturally accepted truth justified the killing of millions of indigenous people and the sacrifice of many soldiers to feed the fire. I am willing to attest that anyone that offers you a “truth” that requires death is lying to you. An abstract concept like “truth” should not require physical violence. One may consider self defense to be a justifiable reason for violence but I disagree. To protect a central truth, such as love and family, you must minimize risks. Through thoughtful planning one can avoid situations that could back you into a corner. I have an advantage in being trained in non-harmful restraint techniques. This gives me an added advantage in being able to stop any rogue hooligans with out resorting to fighting myself. If you believe as I do, that Truth comes from the love in your heart, you must understand the futility of dying and fighting for “truth”. In western culture we have a concept called “Satan” which translates to “king of lies”. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that to fight, kill, or die for a “truth” demonstrates satanic possession. Stick with love. There is barely enough lies, hate, violence in institutionalized truth to satisfy our leaders and demonically possessed brethren.

Peace and Blessings to everyone
I am back from my hiatus and I seem to have cleaned up the energy of my computer fix. I am happy to read that Chuck's was a success!
I read your recent post Joe and it sounds like teachings from a pure source. Just like you said things get so tangled and misread. Next thing you know someone is killing women and children in the name of God.
I do however disagree with one point you made. I feel that there is a time to use force against darkness. Be it that I do not know the non-violent restraining techniques (and I am interested) if for example someone breaks into my house and is going to kill my wife or son, I feel that it is warranted to use force to protect my family.
I agree that the answer is contained in the heart center but how well do we know that center? Have we tasted a tiny drop and then let ourselves extrapolate conclusions from a drop or have we plunged ourselves into the sea where the drop has come from and surrendered to its secrets?
All in all my response to never resort to force in any given situation is (and please excuse me if I have misinterpreted your post) how well do we know that answer, that jewel, that heart? When we see the people killing in the name of Islam, when we see our administration occupying Iraq killing women and children, when we see North Ireland, what happens inside of us? How does it make us feel?
Well for me it makes me furious, frustrated, sad. It makes me feel that if only people knew the deep way of love this wouldn't be happening. So I see all this stuff, all this darkness and as a result in a way I am pulled out of love saying, "this is wrong, that is wrong". I myself get pushed into the darkness myself.
So I know that just as Joe said the truth is in the love. The love contained in the heart. So I address that love, I go to it. I ask why this and why that and what I get is there is a time to use force. When I feel this statement in my heart it comes with a great peace. It also comes with images and understanding. I come away from the situation back in the love.
You may say, "what! Your crazy talking about peace and love and saying there is a time to use force?!" I know, it is a belief I once held. It is a common belief for many people these days. Anger is bad, force is bad, conflict is bad, etc. If you follow the love completely however what is one of the first things that happens inside of yourself? A struggle between light and darkness.
An example can be as simple as resisting a temptation. You exert yourself to keep in the love, the peace. If you don't exert yourself what happens? You get swallowed up by the dark. As you know the outside is just a reflection of the inside and this dynamic plays out in the physical. But you see that sometimes the way of the love is to use force. It would be nice to our desires if it wasn't.
It could be as simple as confronting your boss when he or she is doing something to you that is not right like forcing you to overwork yourself. It could be like telling someone who is attacking another to stop. These are all forceful actions but behind them is the love.
So just like Joe said the truth is in the love. The love in the heart. What is this love asking of me? Is it asking me to be an exertive person proclaiming right and wrong? No. Is it asking me to listen deeply and follow its guidance? Yes. No matter what the outside picture is, if you follow the love that is contained deep in the heart you will wind up staying with the peace and the results of your actions will always eventually be peace.
Where it goes wrong: How well do we know this love, this jewel, this heart? Have we taken a drop and created illusions about that drop or have we plunged ourselves deep into its secrets? It is a very high place commanding the right and forbidding the wrong. Those who claim that they have reached this place and have not will eventually get called into account. This is another way of the love, justice.
Many prophets went to war. Jesus was not one of them. Many of my friends have gone to war including Joe. I remember him standing in the yard with a pot on his head carrying a bat (or pipe, or big stick) waiting for the frat guys who smashed up Chris Prior's stationwagon windows. And there is a struggle going on inside of us between light and dark. The activists of the 60's got a lot of good done through using force against the dark.
But again if it is not from the love in the heart it is not warranted.
So I guess that leaves us to search even deeper into our own hearts. So when we look at the wars and injustices we can continue to hold that peace, understanding, and patience. So we can exert ourselves inside our own hearts, fighting inside ourselves for that inner peace. There isn't a way around the dark, you can ignore it for awhile. It normally pops up later as illness. People often stuff their feelings because they feel it is not right to be angry, not right to fight back at something oppressing them, and it winds up turning into illness in the body. When they do healings with me they feel into their liver problem and say, "God! I see all this anger, all this fire!". "Well what is this anger saying?" "I will not be controlled!" "Can you see who is controlling you?" "Yes I see my mother" "Why can't you express your anger to her?" "I am scared she will hit me"
It is a pretty common senario. I have had it in myself many a times. Actually in the above dialouge I am the person recieving the healing.
"So in a way there is a belief that it is not safe, not OK to be angry?" "Yes" "Let's look into the heart and see"
We go into the heart and sure enough in this particular situation my anger is in the way of the love. I learn that sometimes to be in the way of love is to be angry. With this new understanding of the heart all the stuffed anger I had been holding is able to release and my liver goes back to normal function. My liver problem was a way of helping me understand the disharmony of my belief that "its not OK to be angry".
Sometimes it is OK to be angry, to be forceful. But as always the truth is in the tasting. I can sit here for an hour and tell you, "Look at this jar of honey, its so sweet, its so gooey and nice!" If you have never stuck your finger in and tasted for yourself, you may or may not believe me.
Some may believe me because at one time I could play a mean guitar. Some would believe me because of this or that. But in this case as is the case sometimes in our lives. We need to look at the results of the person's actions. Like Joe said, are the preachers talking about love and committing injustice over here? Are the radical Islamist's saying there right and killing women and children? If you are choosing to follow something it is best to see where it leads. Should I keep on taking tons of ecstacy when I see that my friend that has been doing it for ten years can't speak complete sentences? The other way of course is to stick your finger in the honey and taste for yourself. Its all a question of what you want. When you look at the results of the actions can you live with them and if you actually stick your finger in the honeypot, can you live with the taste.
I for one believe in a way love, peace, mercy, justice, and freedom. It has gotten me into more trouble than I can tell you. But these are the only results I feel are worth living with.
Assalaam alaikum,
Ben

"Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh," which means :"May the peace, the mercy, and the blessings of Allah be upon you." Welcome back Ben! I'm hoping to upload us playing at the Physt tonight if so I'll post a link here. The past couple of nights have led me very close to my ultimate goal of having my extensive degicank archive available for free in a totally electronic inmaterial way. No more plastic cd's. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my essay. I guess I was trying to say if you are centered, grounded, and your circle is open you will not have the intruder entering your house. I saw the converse of this this summer. One of our mutual friends had someone "borrow" the last of his herb from his backpack. this breaking of sheilds and collapse of his energy pattern may have weakened his deffences because the next night he was pulled over and the Pigs(that's what Jesus called them so thats what I call them) pulled him over for an hour long hassle and they took his herb and mushrooms. Now the pigs did not write a ticket so the contraband obviously did not make it back to the evidence room. The funny thing was the pipe the cops took belonged to another of our mutual friends who was robbing his boss that very night. This is a convuluted and complicated example but if we break it down we see uncentered energy leading to weakening and collapse of shields. If we work on soul improvment our reality will be impervious to penetration from negative/dark forces. You may point out that his friend started the cycle by taking the last of his reefer, but remeber vampires must be invited in. I'm glad your back. the post chucks lull has set in so you and me may be the only people around this site for awhile. I'm realy excited about getting this music online. Check it out if you can listen to music on your computer: www.geocities.com/rjs121576/econocanknew.htmllook for a link to "Planet 22 Starship" take care...

Peace and Blessings,
Joe I hope to get a computer someday that can not only play mp3's without crashing but will also hold the contents of my digital camera without crashing. For now I wait.
I listened to a few p22 starship sets from the phyrst. I am interested in getting some of the old video footage if you know where it is and can get it to me. The super booty jam is always my favorite to go back and listen to over and over again. It was a theme of that fall season and I have good memories from it, poop cords and all.
About the subject we are chipping away at: I have to agree with you about the consequences of wrong actions percipitating into negative repercussions. I watch it play out every day both for myself and others. It is interesting to watch the energetics of it especially in the heart. Whenever someone does a wrong action such as stealing, cheating on thier wife, etc. a dark spot appears on thier heart. In the case of someone doing good action small lights like sparks appear.
Sometimes you can walk down the street and look at the hearts and see some that are heavy and sooty. This is an accumulation of bad actions and it creates a snowball like effect. The more darkness in the heart, the more likely a person to keep on doing the bad deeds. However if the person uses their will in this place to do good actions the heart begins to become clean. The good actions erase the dark spots that have appeared.
The laws of electromagnetics play out with those respective energies. The dark attracting the negative and the light attracting the light. So on this point I agree fully with what you are saying except in one circumstance.
There is a senario where the person does the good and their heart is full of light but bad things keep happening to them. This can be daunting because it doesn't fit into the fomula. It is something I first began to get clear on at the end of my illness. It often times frustrates those who live in good ways. They get confused by the nature of this dynamic.
The reason for this is the source of the light is actually creating a way to further elevate the followers of good. It is an important thing to know because people sometimes turn back when this station is reached. It is a higher station and a sign to keep doing what you are doing.
Through each trial and difficulty that comes in this way there are hidden jewels to find. The source of the light watches to see what you do in these situations, to see if they really are sincere in their walking in the way of the love. Generally if the person follows the ways of love through these trials they are given rewards and blessings such as healings, the ability to heal, knowledge of realities, deep heart desires, etc. It says in Qur'an , "just because they are believers doesn't mean We will not put them through trials". Very true indeed.
Where the idea of force comes in is here. The heart is full of light and trials are being sent. The person knows right from wrong generally and can act accordingly. They learn more through the trials about the way of the love, the reality of love and existance. These trials are actually purifying the soul.
In the soul there are "qualities" like mercy, peace, compassion, the subtle, etc. Essences that over time can get contorted from the world or attached to the world. Energetically in the soul it is very, very vast and expansive. It is above the worlds of the heart (malevolent spirits, faeries, angels, astral, etc.). The world of the heart contains many, many, many realms. When you are in a state of wittnessing the soul energetically you usually get that awsome geometry thing going on. It is where the fundemental qualities of God (the source of the light) are expressed.
Like we said once the person has purified their heart through wittnessing and tasting it moves into purifying the soul. When the soul is purified of its attachments and veilings it dissolves into the essence or as it is referred to in sufism; the soul annihilates itself (fana') into God (Allah) or fana fi-llah. This is what sufi's call "dying before you die" and it is one of the goals of the followers of the sufi path.
The world of the essence is the world of Lahut (la-hooot, literally the world of God) wherein there is actually further walking to do. This walking builds a structure for the person in the world of Lahut, a foundation if you will, so that there is not a return to the more coarse realities. It happens very frequently where someone will burst through into the world of Lahut only to fall back down. Sometimes to the lowest of the low.
Anyway there is so much to say about all of this. What I wanted to relate was that when the heart is purified and the trials are being sent the use of force comes into play. I am not saying at any point that the use of force comes without complete surrender to God. Only the ones who have purified themselves will have the ability to discern of what God**(see post script) is asking them anyhow. This purification is not reserved to worshippers of "God". It could be anyone who knows and follows the ways of love. It lends the knowledge of right and wrong. It gives the power of discernment. I am sure you have tasted some of what I am talking about here.
So if it be the case where it is divinely called for, to use force, it should be used. Now we have an interesting thing happening here don't we? It is leaving the discernment up to the person. If the person is afflicted by the darkness and believes they are hearing the order to use force but in reality it is the darkness we have a big problem. I feel that this is part of the problem happening these days. There is much illusion to overcome when striving in the way of love. So it is important to follow the advice of someone who has reached the high station where this clear discernment is possible.
Look for them by their signs and their pure actions. Until then it is best to avoid the use of force.
This is a deeper meaning of what I meant in my last post.
Assalaam alaikum,
Ben
P.S. About and on the word "God, Allah, etc.":
It is difficult throwing around a word like God because it is such a trigger for people. If a person was raised catholic and didn't have a good experience the meaning of the word God is debunked for them. If a person learned that church going folk were hard and nasty the word God might conjure up those bad feeling images for them. The same with the name Allah. You might immediatly think of a terrorist with a AK-47 sitting in the desert when the name is mentioned.
So with that said I would like to explain that when I use the name God or Allah I am actually referring to the highest of the highest of the highest. So think of the best feeling of love, the best feeling of peace, the best feeling of tranqulity, of ecstacy, of strength, etc. and find a word that sums those things up for you. It may be "the Creator" or "Om" or "the One". People in our society who aren't religious normally have a negative response to the name God. Just know mentally first that God is that highest of the highest of the high, etc. and if the word bothers you, use the one that feels comfortable with you. "The Universe" is a popular one.
What happens is we can form "pictures" around certain things because of illusions. Say I had 20 bad relationships with women and I start seeing all women as being bad. Big "picture" or illusion formed in my consciousness. A person's Mom was unstable when they were young so they grow up feeling "I can never let down and be innocent, happy". Pictures you see.
So I just wanted to get clear on what I am referring to when I use the name God or Allah.

Rogan is holding the video tapes until he is sure I will transfer them dirrectly to DVD. It will probably be pretty soon since DVD recorders are now available for 100$. It will be awesome when you will be able to look in on the Phryst in 1999 or back to that crazy house at 103 westerly from any inte4rnet computer. Google is hosting video now so I hope we will have the videos online by this time next year. I am a scientist so i respond well to calling god the universe. Universe means "one song", we all come from and return to the same one song. I've got to run, I've got a quick window to do the grocery shopping while Jess is teaching violin. I'll talk to you more about these concepts soon...
