I actually love it. Really creative with suchemy too. Other funny thing is we were the ones who brought the trippy light and stuck it in the tree. We at Alchemy realize many may not like our music so we offer trippy trees as a tasteful alternative! I'll make sure to bring it again this year if I can borrow it from Mike again.

Speaking of which, is Mike going to be able to make with the lights? I'm sure we can peice meal something together if not. I stopped out at Chuck's today and it looks great! I will be working at 4:00 this weekend, but if people want to go out this weekend early, I'm down. If not, then let me know when y'all can get out there next. And I'll try to make it.

Mike works (really is a slave to) at dish network now. He definately works Saturday morning till like 5pm in Harrisburg. He is debating coming up Sat night. I am trying to convince him to let us "borrow" some lights that we will bring and set up friday. I dont think he will let me take the real crazy stuff but at least some par cans and maybe one or two movers. He definately said I could bring the trippy kaleidoscope thing that we put in the tree last year. Though this year we may have to aim it at the stage.

lights -- we're def gonna have a fogger and strobe. Our beloved razz-ma-tazz has a burned out bulb that we're gonna try to replace. If we get it fixed it would be a sweet tree light, it showers a pretty decent sized area in colored light.
Squir -- are we tryin to segue sets? We were talking last night about setting up all of both bands gear after the nightcrawlers...all the keys, guitar rigs, bass rig, drums and possibly percussion/toys. The stage should be big enough for all of that. Then when you guys are full throttle we can add to it one-by-one and send it into hyperspace.
Interview -- i'll tell you later

After night crawlers we will assemble both bands, use one drum set, set up a super keys space station, share bass rigs and then set up all the guitar amps and proabably just pull you and andy's pedals back. Then we will discuss exactly how we want to do it. It will be wook nasty!

I ordered a bulb for the razz-ma-tazz...be prepared for 64 beams of 6 colors plus white to shower the evening crowd in response to bass frequencies.

Why the hell does planet 22 even get a slot at chuck's?
Alchemy is way better for one reason alone, they don't bore you to death.
It would be one thing if a tour came through chucks that had trey band and dave matthews with planet 22 opening. It would make sense that planet 22 would play at chucks under that scenario. As it stands there might be three people who aren't in chris canks sex dungeon on McCormick that might have heard of planet 22.
Bands that the popular vote did not elect to play this year
Planet 22 Byzytine empire (remember that garbage?) Luv Clam Patchwork Blu Doodis
Chucks will be chucks and half the bands will blow and the other half won't get to play because of egomaniacs like joe speers. I vote alchemy all night long!!!!!!

Please don't post shit like that. It makes us and our fans look bad. I like planet 22 a lot so it makes me happy they get to play there. I have seen very few bands that have the talent level they have reached at a young age. We (Alchemy) did get to play all night last year and requested we did not want to do that this year so another band has the chance. There are lots of different music/styles/ and bands at chuck's. That's the cool thing about it and all festivals. You may not like some bands and love others but that's the way it is. You posting things like that makes us look like ignorant asses, which we aren't. Im glad you like us but chill. Chucks will be an awomse time this year and I anticipate Dr. Naq and Planet 22 to rage the late night sets so hard wooks won't know what hit them! And if you dont like a band, there will always be the trippy light in the tree.

Unfortunately as happens sometimes Patchwork Blue broke up. They were talking with our manager on gig swaping a show in Pittsburg and emailed us saying they were no longer playing.
