Hey Chris, Matt from LuvClam. Since we can't do the 7 to 8:30 pm slot on Friday evening, we could probably slide into that 5 to 7 am slot Friday night/Saturday morning. Get back to me. Email at m_rhoads_32@hotmail.com. Thanks Chris

Hey Chris, Matt from LuvClam again. Just noticed the new schedule posted after I replied to your last message. We would prefer to play the 5 to 7 slot if we could get it. If not, 1 to 2:30 on Saturday would be good, too. Thanks again.
Matt

Hey Phil, thanks a lot, i'm still waiting for final line up, often we have two keyboards and two drumers, at July chucks we had all three drum sets. Is it possible i could get two stereo feeds RCA, or two mono 1/4 inch, out the board for my sampler/synth/effects? 0 yeah if we can get complete dark for the middle half of our set that would be ideal, there will be a full moon and fire. I agree wuth degicank, The killers(cheesey cure cover band) being at full blast at 4am could drive people insane See you ths weekend, I don't think there will be any problems...

Big ups for the 'complete dark' idea during the planet set. Unless you guys are planning on getting highlights or facials, its probably not important for us to see you. ;'] ha ha just kidding you're all super cute but you know Caleb is the 'babe-magnet' member of your crew, appropriate role for a guitarist.
Unfortunately i just realized that this will mean my new 3chip camcorder will have a hard time seeing you during the show. But that is ok because as Lou says, "I will probably be schpongled"

Joe, I will have about 5 DI's on hand (these are for converting 1/4 to xlr to plug 1/4 lines into snake) That should cover 2 keyboards and 2 mono lines for your sampler. Unfortunately I will only have one set of drum mics ( one kick, one snare, 3 toms and 2 overheads from another guys) so if you have two drum sets we will have to figure out what to mic and what not. Not a big prob. though... we will figure it out. It's really not an issue other than I think you said you wanted a recording and that's the best way to do it. Anyway, stop by and see me whenever you get to chuck's and we can have a chat over a 'J' or whatnot. Thanks man.

I might know a guy who might know a guy who might know where he could get a bass drum mic...so that dual drumming action can occur AND be recorded.

ok
good to see cootie brown back in the line up. Now the only thing I have to ask about (and I've been great so far as to not busting peoples balls) is this "crazy dave" time slot. what does it mean? maybe it should say blue grass open mic; maybe it should say crazy dave and friends; no matter what it says or should say what is the two hour slot about?
saturday night between 7 and 9 is when bands have lured people from the tents to the stage. Cootie Brown filled this spot one year; Marmaset Tom did it for a friday and saturday night another year. I'm worried that a half assed attempt in this time slot could set the vibe off just a little; the flow from 8pm until 4am is usually the most non-stop jamming time; we've never had bluegrass or opera in this time period (for at least 10 harvest fests anyway) so why should we start now?
Not calling for a change just trying to point out a potentially fatal flaw in ebb and flow for saturday night.
see the philly crew tomorrow when i touchdown!!!

yo dude it's Crazy DaZe with a "Z" not Crazy DaVe with a "V". I'm assuming that doesn't mean crazy dave and friends. at first i read it as dave too.

This weekend is FREE! ALL CHUCKS HARVEST FESTIVALS ARE FREE EVERY YEAR!
James-
It is CRAZY DAZE. And they played the first chuck's farm party ever 20+ years ago. So it is a big reunion and they are deffinately playing at that timeslot by mandate of the chuckmiester himself.
