Wanted to know what gear we should bring this year. I was planning on bringing most of our PA equipment just in case. Not sure if we should bring a drum set or not?

dude you SOOO do not need to bring any PA equipment at all... there will already be so much there... I would bring your own drum set, although someone may let you borrow theirs... talk to the stage manager when you get to chuck's.

Not to freak anyone out, but if people are looking to Chris Kelleher as the stage manager, you are going to be looking at one drunk mo fo. I would advise what Dave Barr said, if you are a band, go to the sound guys and introduce yourelves. They will know every band and what is required to make sound happen for them already.
There will be a board of the band schedule so bands know what times they are playing and stopping.
If you need someone to get the band who is playing off because they are going over thier time limit, either ask Dave Barr to shut them down, or find Lou and tell him that the band on the stage f***ed his mom and called him a pussy.

Yo Chris take down above message, I already published the chain of command...
Anyhow, Ben is Stage manager and PA guy this time, Any assistence should go through Him. Based on activity it looks like chain of command goes:
CHUCK>BENtheman>Crazydave>James>SteveF>ECHERT>KElleher
So if you have a question suggestion start with Chris, if he can't help than move up the chain... don't bother Chuck with small stuff. Stager manager Ben The man can help you, but don't bother him with 20 questions before checking through command chain first...
Any question about Sound has been resolved. Phil can help any Bands that are registered.
This is Front End Stage manager Ben The Man Back end "Bosses" see sound booth.
Any trouble makers will be reffered to Boo and the security forces...

I am not even sure if Boo will be there.
Joe. I don't care what you say, the sound guys have every power to shut down a band. AND THEY WILL if you play for longer than you are supposed to.
If everyone adheres to the schedule, thenwe should be fine.
Chris
p.s. if you have a question and you see me...don't expect a straight answer because I plan on being incoherently shitfaced by midnight.
If you see Ben, he is after all, The Man.
