Trash gathering and recycle sorting and hauling this weekend . Sat at noon sharp with a meeting in the kitchen area. Please this is not a party! Lets have fun and be productive. Meeting new people in a drug free work environment. Bring food and water, trash bags and trucks for taking glass to recycle and aluminum for $ to be distributed as the meeting before hand agrees to. We will also be picking up as much of the stuff on the ground in front of the stage. I don't know about you, but I find it very sad that it gets worse. A nail on the end of the stick, and the proper way to get the stuff off the stick and not touch it will be taught. Also discussion on the other thing most people don't like to talk about, SHIT and PEE . (please bring a doctors excuse not to be included in this discussion) See ya SAT

Sat clean-up update: At 12:30 the 2 gal. of coffee was done, there was a 1.5 gal hot water for tea, and a nice hot dish washing station set up. Their was Stone Meadow Farm cheese to sample, apples, bread and cookies. The wind was whipen in the fields. Had to keep my hood on or I would lose ideas. Down in the kitchen area the breeze was not bad. (thats why it's at where it's at.) At 1:30 Chuck and I decided we better get to work, so Chuck went about farm chores and I started clean-up. The goal is to get all stuff out of fields. I hauled 2 small pick-up loads to down wind of the barn from the lower fields. Then 2 other folks come and we hauled all stuff to one pile from all fields. Total loads 5. Mission accomplished. Now this is what the stuff looked like. I would say that maybe 10% was sorted at camps.! This means the next step is to sort the recycles from the landfill stuff. All aluminum is to be stored on farm for $. No one should take any aluminum away. The next organized clean up is Oct 28 at noon. I will have kitchen up and running at noon. If any one can come out and help in the late afternoon before that post a message and will set something up. If people can take a bag of land fill stuff home with them and glass to town bins, that is the goal. (bring a new bag to put old bag in and it's not messy.) Pay attention to your feelings as you read these reports, don't get mad, let's just get er done. We all have busy days and I choose to make time for the things that are important to me.

Wow, you couldnt pick a worse day for this....i live in Philly and am supposed to be at/assist with a Halloween shindig that evening...in Philly. Seems problematic at best...Incidentally, who is "guy with trashbag and stick"? Call me and we can talk, or email at unoclay@hotmail.com. I really want to help but wonder if any other day/time might be useful to offer my services, including this coming weekend

From my point of view I am what I feel. Form others point of view I am what they interpret from information gathered. Therefor, one must have contact with others to truly know who one is. I can be at Chuck's this Sunday morning after my farm chores. That's about 10am. I am going to focus on cleaning up in kitchen area. The 28th event is rain or shine. This is very good practice for mobile field kitchen. The concept of Tarpology will be discussed.

I know it's a little late but here goes anyway....that friday night while time traveling at the farm, I lost my flashlight. It's black, about 4-5" long and says "cyclops" on it. I'm pretty sure that it was somewhere near the first campsite, near degicank and the mingoville pirate vessel. If you found it, I'd greatly appreciate a return or, at least the knowledge that someone cool has it and is enjoying it's use.

Is this Lost and Found area?
I'm looking for my brain. Weighs about 1-2 lbs. Last time I saw it, it was kind of glowing with multi colored spirals eminating from it.
If you have it, please keep it safe and I'll pick it up next year.

Bwahahahaa that must be my Birthday Doppelganger posting. I am so sorry for your loss. Speaking of lost and found, that custie beotch (playWrecker) stole my flashlight right out of Chuck's hand!!
We were joking about making tee-shirts that say "I lost my cellphone at Chucks Farm". Maybe i will really do this.
