Hi Brahs!
I cant decide if i should say anythign about byzantine empire or not.
I tend to be mad incomprehensible by a certain point. I didnt even make sense one time!
Looks like a great schedule. Joe or Josh is there some kind of plan to keep your planet 22 band on schedule for staying up all night? Maybe somethink like fat red bulls or something? What about Caleb, is he being up to date on whatever set you are planning for the show? I can deliver a cd to he and kordish if you need any help with this prodding factor. He is a sick guitarist when he is prepped to play. Just let me know if i can be of help, I am mad busyiest right now but i like your band very much, it is one of my highlights of my life.

Oh and another thing, I dont know if Nic can come to Chuck;s Fram, but if not or otherwise, I think a really big sweetness would be some kind of playing of The Tunnel, even if you need to figure out a way to get that banjo sweetness involved, maybe someone can imitate it on the key-bard? Its just a suggestion though. And maybe something from the super secret ending to banjo jones could be played, althoguh that one migth not be possible due to responsibilties fallling on the shoulders of certain people if 'you dig'.
We've gotta get back to that album one of these days.

Hello Unoclay! Yeah Caleb and Kordish know what set Josh has requested, but if you can drop by and make sure they're practicing, that would be awesome. I am having trouble hailing Jack's communicator, if anyone knows the address for the house on whitehall road where our friends always seem to live, let me know ASAP and I'll send him CDS ASAP! I talked to Nic (computer talk) and unfortunetely he doesn't think he can make it this year to Chuck's, but the album is on his mind, and he says he has some DOPIC SOUNDS on his calender for the 2009 DEGICANK tour... I'm not supposed to drink Redbull 'cause Jess heard one time that it can give you a heart attack. On Sat. night, Ava is going to go have a sleepover at grandmom's house so we'll have a little more room to wander. We probably need to cut a few songs from the "fishlips set", any suggestions for which ones we should keep on the bench?

Hello everyone.
Clay. Mon amis. I could really use your guitar prowess in the BE. What do you say?
I just woke up from a dream where I invited this hostel full of swedes to Chucks. I told them about Byzantine and they were really excited...so if those people are real besides in my dream, we will have someone playing woodblocks, someone on a snare drum, and someone on a triangle.
The big problem about communicating in dreams is that no one ever thinks of exchanging phone numbers, and even if you do, that little piece of paper never makes it out of the dream with you. In that sense, some scholars believe that dreaming is a lot like time travel.
In any case, Chucks sounds like it will be a lot of fun this year.
On another note, I would like everyone to wish Vort luck. He will be painting the Brazilian Girls in Zurich in a few hours....it is one of VORCAN's most important shows to date. Please send him lots of positive well wishes.
Cheers,
Chris

Sup sup all
All bands should email me Dave Barr, sound bandit at large, at DavidBBarrJr@Gmail.com what your band will need, that way we can determine whether we can provide it, or if you will have to bring it. PLEASE PUT CHUCKS FARM followed by your band name in the subject line. We have a ton of new and proven gear now including HELLA mic stands, good amount of mics ( but seriously, a few extra can't hurt: vocal and instrument ) a brand new snake for runnig sound from 75 ft away plus a brand new DMX 512 controlled Lighting and laser system ( both red and green lasers , Yes the lasers are DMX controlled...by a joystick) and all the cords neccesary to operate the system from the soundbooth. WE CAN ALWAYS USE MORE 3 PRONG EXTENSION CORDS.
Please put out the word that the sound tribe to do the best we can this year with no interruptions as was the case last year ( I felt TERRIBLE about Daily Supplements interruption last year and have taken fool proof preventive measures to completely avoid that being possible this year)
What to Expect: - 10,000 watts of power provided by a blend of Crown, Hafler, ElectroVoice, Crest, Art, and QSC poweramps, crossed over and tuned to how me and phil do it best.
- somewhat sized down ( in appearence ) Stacks holdin down the sides of the stage ( Mainly JVC, Carvin)
- there will be up to 6 monitors ( a blend JVC, Custom built, Electrovoice, Yamaha stage monitors) - A fully DMX 512 controlled Lighting and Laser system controlled in the sound booth - A slightly larger sound booth to accommodate running the DMX light board as well as the sound board, a small Dj Setup, which will not be strictly Electronic Music, I have quarantined an area in a sink hole opposite the kitchen sink hole for an all out, everyday, all night AIDS/SARS and Skurvy infested "rave" that will be thumpin but nothing close ( even remotely ) to the thump I have in store for the main stage.
- and a quite posh back stage area in the bus which has seemingly underwent some renovations ( mad props to Chris Bickford on that one...muthaf***a's got a TV and gaming system in there..DAMN!!)

I hereby formally challenge the Byzantine Empire to outlast me, Dave Barr, at the helm of my Sound/Lighting system. Phil accounted a story that last time Byz. Emp. went down at chucks he had to cut it off at something like 8am. Bring your lute, Rhodes, Thurman and friends and I will ride it out... ~D

We'll see Keelyhair, no promises. I have a shitty amp that is not worthy of anything because it crackles and pops whenever it feels like it. It used to Rule Faces but now-a-days it is more of a headache than anything. I dont know what the factors for byzantium are, but the guitar could come and maybe get played if im not too wasted or embarrassed by pretending to play it. I could focus on the whole background noise thing which is kind of my only interest in music anyway, im not a leader kind of guy, just a noisemaker when impulse grabs me. But i know you are trying to recruit folks, so i dont want to be a negative nancy. The technological aspect though is important, i have a guitar and cables and no reliable amp. It would be "mad suckies" if i were to plug in during the show, only to grace your excellence with the sound of a giant humming annoyance. Are you gonna play the saxamoaphone? Its too bad royc9 cant come back for this one (he was just in town for BQ weddign) because royce played piano for like 15 years and is pretty good at drums too but he lives in ashevegas so sucks for him!
