Apparently, Chuck is threatening to not have the festival if more people aren't involved this year. Come on Down to Jamaica Junction (On Pugh across from the Skeller) at 6pm.
See ya there. Ben

Hello, I was turned on to this ossum festival 2 years ago and have visted this site since and I know that "audience" participation may have been a bit of a problem. Now, I live 3 and half hours away and so on your end, in your spectrum of people that intend to go to the fest and want to help plan it, I don't know what i can do to help with that. But if there were any general advice or ways in which I and other people I know from further away could help. That'd be great.
Other than that I'm just going to spread the news about not leaving trash on the ground and bringing food to share and cook, and cleaning up after yourself when you leave, and you know, cleaning crew?

fiona, there are definetly many ways you can contribute, and cleaning up is probably the biggest, most commonly avoided task at chucks. last year i attempted to organize a cleaning crew but spread myself too thin from playing with 2 bands and jumping down the rabbit hole sunday morning.
cleaning at chucks is always a problem and usually results in chuck threatening "this may be the last chucks farm EVER", although that's hasn't been the case yet luckily. if you're up to the challenge, organizing a cleaning crew would be key. or atleast rallying people to pick up trash throughout the festival, to cut back on the amount of clean up for sunday. if you can bring trash cans and lots of bags that would do wonders.
