Seems like chucks wants take pull some power trip. He wants people to come out to the farm and work for and coddle him.
People have offered generous sums of cash in excess of $5000 usd which for some reason chuck shows no interest in. Chuck you can exchange cash for goods and services! You realize you could have the festival grounds professional serviced and cleaned for a couple of hundred bucks??
You would probably like it better If some hippis would remain on the farm indefinitely to your beckon call?
Chuck name your price and end this power show!! ;D
Wow, I had no idea Chuck's was still going on after all these years! My band OMS LAW played one of the first shows in the 80's...I remember seeing some other great bands like the Hipsters and Red Rose Cotillion. We had such a great time!! Its such a shame that a few bad apples and narrow minded idiot neighbors have to spoil it for the rest of us. But isn't that always the case. Anway's just wanted to say hey now and kudos to Chuck for keepin on keepin on for all these years!
Hrmn, my last two brain cells must have stuck together!! Now, as I recall, it wasn't Red Rose Cotillion that played but a group that contained one or more members of RRC. Can't remember what they were calling themselves that night. Can anybody help me jog the 'ol grey matter?
Hi foxy. You can Meet me at the farmers market in state college in the spring or look for me on allen street.
I would be glad to meet you, but it would be good to have a specific day to meet, or a way to contact you through phone or email, as I live 4 hours away in Delaware and my friend who is also interested in making this happen lives in Brooklyn, about 5 hours away I think.
Also, it would be good of you to give me a list of specifics you want so I can have them prepared ahead of time if you'd prefer to meet in person. Once again, my email is email@example.com and I check it often.
i understand your frustration for having no help or clean up. I also understand that the people who robbed you messed things up for ALL of us. every one of us who enjoyed coming out into the fields and listening to the great music without having to steal from anyone to have a good time. if you would charge a $20 door fee from every person im SURE you would make enough money to cover the costs of the weekend.. and im sure that no one would have ANY objections to that. moreover, id also like to offer my boyfriend and my help for cleanup after the show. we have always brought our own garbage bags and are against pollution (arent us tree huggers supposed to be?).. but we are willing to go the extra mile and be a part of your clean up crew.
please please please contact us and let us know anything we can do in order to make the harvest fest possible for 2011.
Glad to hear its cancelled. You have no respect for neighbors, and the people that think your so wonderful selling such great drugs is why you were robbed, must have needed money to by the drugs. Good things come to those who skirt the law.
