**Are you an experienced *SOUND ENGINEER* :-)
Chuck's Farm needs another sound engineer to help out doing sound. If you have any experience running sound and are interested, please contact ASAP!
The band lineup for Chuck's is in the final stages and should be posted here soon!
***** DONATIONS DESPERATELY NEEDED *****
Please bring these things with you and bring some to share!!
FIREWOOD:
Decades of Chuck's Farm attendees have stripped the nearby areas of most usable firewood. If you want to stay warm, it's in your best interest to bring firewood with you! Also, donations of firewood for the main bonfire near the stage are needed. If you'd like to bring some firewood (or pallets, other burnable wood) before that weekend, you can bring it out to Chuck's any weekend between now and October 2nd.
GARBAGE BAGS:
We cannot repeat this enough: TAKE OUT WHAT YOU BRING IN! Chuck's is a working farm. Growing flowers and vegetables in the summer is difficult when there is leftover garbage from campers. Bring garbage bags, and don't litter - your mama taught you better. ;-)
FOOD:
Bring your portable grill/stove and enough food for yourself for the weekend. In addition to what you bring for your own campsite, The Rainbow Sinkhole Kitchen operates and runs on donations ONLY. They make fantastic food to share for free with all the campers! Bring something to share! Common helpful donations include: cooking oil, rice, potatoes, veggies, beans or meat (the kitchen is usually vegetarian but there will be plenty of carnivores around, too!), spices. Also, disposable bowls/plates/spoons and paper towels are helpful - but you should reduce garbage and bring your own containers!
***** DON'T ATTEND WITHOUT READING THE RULES & FAQ, PLEASE!!! *****
Who is invited?
Anyone, provided you are over 18 years old, appreciate live music and don't mind sleeping in a field in October.**
How does one get there?
Sunflower Farm is located outside of Rebersburg, PA. Find your way there & home SAFELY.
Rte. 192, on which Chuck's Farm is located, can be a dangerous road. Amish buggies, tractors, local traffic and deer are just some of the things to look out for. Driving at night can be risky, and the entrance to Chuck's is VERY EASY TO MISS. It's in your best interest to take it slowly and avoid getting pulled over. Check the map, slow down, and try to bring everything you need so you don't have to head out for supplies! We want everyone to be safe, and we want Chuck & the local residents to feel safe, too. :-)
Campers will be directed towards the bottom fields once you pull in. There are established fire pits throughout those fields and no new fire pits should be be constructed. **Please read the rest of the FAQ for camping info and "what to bring".
Is Re-entry allowed?
Yes, Re-entry is allowed although it will be difficult to leave while others are coming in.
How much are tickets?
Tickets like always will be FREE , we believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy good music, food and people without having to pay for it. Because of this tickets will not be issued, show up with a good attitude and you shall be granted access.
I want to sell food/merchandise/backrubs/etc. how do I get a vending booth?
Vending of any kind is strongly prohibited, please respect the landowners wishes. This weekend is about community and sharing not making money off of others. The festival ground will be governed by the community, if anyone is seen vending, you will be kindly told to leave the property.
What can I expect of the camp ground?
The setup will be open field camping with no set campsites.
Are fires allowed?
Yes, fires are allowed as long as they are in approved, established fire pits which will be surrounded by stones. Fires must be kept under a maximum height of 3 feet, There will also be a large community fire above the stage. Although there are wooded areas where one can gather firewood, we ask for you to bring wood with you. The woods have been scavenged in past years and don't offer the necessary amount of firewood for all festival goers.

Of course! Dogs are allowed but make sure to follow a few simple guidelines:
* Make sure your dog is comfortable around hundreds of people, camp fires, other dogs, small kids, cold, rain, being outside all night.
* Bring bags to clean up after your dog, as much as we love animals no one likes stepping in their remains. :-)
* Bring food, water and something to serve both in, don't have your puppy scrounge around for food.
* Make sure that you will be able to care for the dog in the state of mind you expect to be in.
* Have a back-up plan just in case your dog cannot tolerate being at the festival.
* Do not leave your dog alone, even when you're sleeping, getting hammered, or doing the funky dance with the guy in the next tent.
* Respect others that are not dog friendly; don't expect everyone to want to meet your dog.
*** KITCHEN VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! ***
Kitchen Volunteers & Food Donations Needed - Walk-ins showered with appreciation and love!
Dr. Suitcase will start up the kitchen again this year, but needs more helping hands! Saturday night and Sunday morning help is especially needed as he will not be there. You can contact us ahead of time if you'd like, or just show up!
