Hey Guys, I read something about booking at The Brewery and felt like replying(wrong section, but I think this will be okay). Anyway, One thing that you may not know is that Rockey really doesn't book there anymore, you may want to talk to Matt(works at the door), he's responsible for most of the action as far as bands are concerned these days and is an all-around good dude. Money is always a touchy issue though, then again, it's like that everywhere is this town. State College has always been a "Place to stop and play on your way to going to play another place", making it a cheap night for everybody. Kinda sucks, but it's the truth. Take it from someone who used to book bands there(remember those days?), you're not the only band who gets shafted. Okay, on to something nice now, When the hell can I work with you guys again? Eli, we need to hang out again. Talk to you later, Dave

Dave, I'm hollerin' cause I heard ya! Are you still travelin with the Farm? That sounds pretty dope! As far as the Brewery goes, we've kinda figured that out...that, being the flow situation. Matt and I talked for a few hours about business, and we pretty much understand each other pretty well. They have to do what they have to do...it's a business. But we are also running a business, unfortunately. I wish we weren't, but I also wish rent, gas, and food was free. We love playin the Brewery...that's the old hood. but we have to move on to bigger and better sometimes. Otto's is working out for us. It's a dope bar, too. Their house brews are Tay-Steeeee. I think we're playing there 4/25....? I'll let you know. Good hearing from you, though. Take care...e
btw...are you getting our newsletter emails? I don't know if I have your email address. If not, email me or the band (planet22@planet22.biz). Keep 'er sleazy...

I still think that the brewery is a pretty good spot to play in state college. Maybe me, James and Matt could negotiate somthing for you guys at the brewery... I think somthing can be worked out. When p22 plays at the brewery theres always a hell of alot of people there. I think Rocky should be involved too...

Yup, still travelin with The Farm. I heard you guys played at The Valley Inn in Williamsport, Just found out too late to get there. Otto's is great, I don't know how the band thing is there, but it's a great place to throw back a few. I need to get in on those newsletters, my email is dave_defilippis@hotmail.com... Dammit, sign me up!!! I agree with you on the money situation(Cuz I make more, when the band gets paid more). I also know how much work gets put into a show as well. Anyway, shoot me an email or sign me up to that list, it'd be good to hear you guys again.

Ahh yes, those $1,000 nights at Otto's. What a blast they were; shame Planet 22 stopped playing those gigs to keep moving on to bigger and better.
The only thing that sucks these days is payinf $53 + service charge to see them play a huge sound vortex like the civi center in Pittsburgh or the war memorial in Blairsville but, that's what progress is all about I guess.
