The Degicank Timequake party 2006 was a huge success! The second year running, the Timequake Party is a spinoff of the ever popular Degicank Timequake Festival, which due to a series of unfortunate events has not been able to happen for the past two years.
The Timequake Party is held at Degicank's State College headquarters, Studio 337, McCormick St. The party got rolling with the best Bluegrass in S.C., Northern Shoveler! Followed by The Daily Supplement to really get the house rocking! And as if that wasn't enough, Planet 22 made an appearance in State College for the first time in two years! Not since Chuck's Farm have I seen this much great music in one place!
Stayed tuned to Degicank.com and this message board for recordings of the show!
If you were at this event, I would love any pictures or video that was taken to post with the audio recordings. You can email me at kelleher@degicank.com.
And don't worry folks! The Timequake Festival WILL happen next year!
Stay tuned for more great things from Degicank.com and Studio 337, State College!

I am really sorry i didnt get to attend this year's festivities. I had already made commitments to another musical project for the evening in question, plus other family commitments to contend with. Maybe next year we could get a little more than a one-week warning, it would probably allow a bit more flexibility with the schedule and more people to attend. Maybe you did warn me in time and i forgot. It is hard to tell.

These things are always so hard to tell. I will make sure that we have 14KT gold plated invitations delivered by a human sized carrier pigeon whistling "Bolero" while riding the back of a centaur. Or i will at least give you a call a month in advance.

I like Bolero, but i am afraid of centaurs after what transpired at uno birthday. But when i see the parade coming, i will make sure to start running toward the cank festival.
