Don't worry steve, contributions to half cank will be accepetd until next week, johny come latelys will still have a few days into the following week, but don't hestitate to send stuff in, the next quarterly release will be the back to school special(3/4 cank), and we are always looking for content for continously updated pages, like your econopage. For 2006. -Quantity is not quality, so far this year(2006) I've released Demons of the Abyss www.degicank.com/demons/Pangea www.geocities.com/rjs121576/classic_blue.htmlHouse web2.storeandserve.com/download/152038/house.doc.htmlTeeth degicank.googlepages.com/teeth456 degicank.googlepages.com/456JEDI RAVE degicank.googlepages.com/jedirave536 degicank.googlepages.com/536Glen Beck Techno degicank.googlepages.com/glenbecktechnoJS Greatest Hits degicank.googlepages.com/jsghPlanet 22 Advanced Rythmic Studies degicank.googlepages.com/p22arsso its about 2 a month, I've only recorded one song in the past three weeks though, so releases may slow down now. Anyhow if you edit through these and take out the best 45minutes worth maybe you have a good album maybe not... Infact that is why I don't edit out the boring/crappy parts, these are to be considered demos, some day when I have a grown up studio I want to go through the catalaogue and rerecord each tune with great percision and adding some some things. I hope all of the people who put music on degicank will visit at some point to play on these recordings(in the future) so if you ever here a song you like go by, make a note of it and mention it to me, when you come to my house some time between 10-35yrs from now I will have it set up and we can hire some extra musicians to do a live recording or I can prepare tracks with the degicank allstars so you will only have to quickly make a run at the part you would like to add. Eli with his company "Hear this" networks is working on something that will make these kind of colaborations occur in the more immediete future with out having to leave your house. Stand by...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think about this for a second:
Planet 22 at UNOBOP tape, very contriversal, "Party people" suposedly hated it, "Captain Kids" loved it, I remeber one point building a multidimensional diamond with Caleb and Kordish at one point counterpoint with each of us at full power, the main theme was recorded often afterwards includeing at "Redeye Productions" studio in Omaha, NE. The set represented the Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) journey through the different levels of heaven and hell, the sun rose while we were at the edge of the 5th heaven and stood on the cusp of the 6th level(this was a musical representation so don't nessacarily take me literaly), that spring, summer tour and into Chuck's we we're still in that same set, as far as I can tell the 6th layer of heaven and helll was not mark by a border between the two, the war and the new life existed together. Anyhow I'm not sure when we will enter the 7th hell part, so we can wrap it up and go into the 7th heaven part and then start a new set. It would be very helpful to review the data from the begining of this set. I know Jack, Lou and others hated this music and may have actively tried to destroy the tape. the last time I saw it it was in the tape player at gill st up to the right of the tv... I realy want to put it on half cank, please please please check your old tape collections. While you are at it, any other "lost" p22/chucks tapes please send in, I'll digitize and then send you back the tape to keep as a suvenier...

I have been looking for this tape for quite awhile myself Joe.
It will not be found unless it wants to be.
If at all.

Chris, If you use "megaupload" the limit is 250megs per file. If your submission is bigger you could mail the original in to be stored in the archives, and make a smaller version 250megs for the online half cank release... Is this helpful? Let me know the details, if you could get somthing up at degivisuals we could just provide a link. Where possible I am trying to use "shortcuts", if we get organized properly, hopefully the next edition2008 of econocank will fit on a 3.5inch disk...

I would have made the deadline, however my previous request for information on submission went unanswered. I would be interested in making the sunday deadline, but again I don't know where to submit my work.
