Hey, lets seriously take all of this art debate into a new thread (if it hasnt been done already). I am at fault here and take much of the blame. I think this thread should remain the place for discussion of forward-movement in the B&B project. I am very sorry for polluting the waters.
Royce updated me: he is going to work on the narrative pt. II ASAP. He has had houseguests for 1 straight week and 0 free time. He is also getting married on the 9th (Friday) so this is taking up some slight time in terms of planning. I personally think Pt.II is waaay better than part one (open to your opinions, Joe posted it a few pages back) and it will be waaay awesome.
Kelleher, as head web-designer and visual artist onboard with this project, I think you and I need to discuss some of the stuff we want on the website. You are the busiest artist on here (well Joe is probably = considering school and art) so its at your availability. We need to have a sit-down brainstorm and reality check in terms of what will be done/what will not. I will pay you in beer and etc for your time. Let me know your availability.

Joe you already are moderator under username degicank. You'll have to log into that account to moderate and complete your 1,000th post. In my opinion this thread is getting extremely long winded at 19 pages. Not that it matters to me but if we need a banjo bears sub forum that is totally possible. Good stuff guys keep up the good work and to all the people (myself included) feel free to delete your post that have been muddying the water in this thread.

Now can you take this Bansky BS back to the Vorcan board? Bill can I get moderator status for this thread? Like I said, we start getting something going with outside interests checking it out and then the repressed sector of degicank brings it down to nonsense. Why don't you and your bear boyfriends get a password locked thread or use e-mail? public forums are just that public. Go check out the amount of shit talk on other boards out there on the internet, degicank is quite respectable compared to the rest of society. In real news: The BBJ project is now 6 days over due.

ever hear of burning man? there are art festivals that draw people in many areas and im sure none of those people at chucks show up for the drugs [/quote]
No one goes to burning man for the drugs. no one.
To focus properly on the point I make why doesn't Vorcan spend one month, no strike that, one week painting for ghetto based/influenced rap artists instead of white suburban based drug addicted hippy bands.
Jay-Z already dissed you guys but we'll not count that into my findings.

Anyone into making plans for a degicankfest this year. Joe bag of cocks is still crying about the failure of last years degicankfest which I thought was the best one yet (thanks chris cank!!)
Chuck has the VFW for a politcal party so I suggest a different weekend or the same weekend in philly.

To address the repeated comment that "x project is x days behind schedule", I'd comment that the only barriers to the record completion are as follows:
1. Get to VT with 4 people for 2 days 2. Royce complete narrative pt. II and III 3. Post Production 4. Distribution 5. Promotion
With respect to these benchmarks: 1. This is the toughest. Josh is running a company and building house--and he's the easy one i think. Nic works sporadic timeschedule, many weekends. He's tough. Caleb--same as Nic. Joe--in school, working, but generally available. Clay--free all weekends except Feb 24.
Composite analysis: Work would obviously be the main factor here, so the peanut gallery needs to give the overdue comments a rest. Nobody is in position to quit jobs and go to VT studio right now, give the artists a break. I think we're doing fine. Not perfect, but nothing is.
2. Royce narrative pt. II and III: Part II is in his hands and he is busy with non-stop houseguests. Part III is "in development"--my head. Will deliver as needed.
3. Post Production: Joe is pro and will be in charge of this.
4. Distribution: to be determined, under discussion
5. Promotion: in development, more discussions necessary.
We're doing great!

The only reason I bring up time is because of this post: Banjo Jones and Bear Bones: "The Beginning of The Republicank Revoluno Jones" Artwork by knider. Lets put this on a nov/dec/jan schedule. Final album 2/1/7 i'll try to get some tracks together, stick with normal weird normal wierd idea. Nic, caleb, josh... Bring them up! I'll handle the backwards sax and stuff in post production. nic do you want to play on all, one or some songs? i try to get some demo versions up soon, nick do you want to write half the songs or should i send you recordings with chords? Lets try to exchange demos in the next few weeks with a goal of 12/1 to have a few songs moving through, we could make a demo and then have the crew come up here, there is a studio at the bottom of my hill...

As my grandpop would say, "Im just joshin ya!"
Big update on Banjo Jones:
I am sitting in a coffeeshop listening to 4 people have a very serious discussion of meditation and trancendent states. Suddenly, one of the woman involved states,
"You know, I just want to get down to it, all the way, the Bare Bones"

ATTN: CLAY My friend sculpts dolls/puppets. I['ve been buggin him to make B&B sculptures but he is taking to long. I told him I've got an Idea, we'll use a preexisting doll and show it to our head writter who is finishing the 3rd part. Even if she is not a charector, she may give some inspiration and guidance... Be careful crafting the 3rd act, it could affect you in real life if you open doors into the deeper universe...
