Steve,
I'll definitely be around. I think you have my #, but if not, it is 215.990.3536.
A jam is in order.

Maybe the open jam could be anyone from the bands that were invited to play or anyone that any of the bands invited? It doesn't seem to be particularly easy to place restrictions on that kind of thing, but hopefully, musicians will know their role and give it up when it is time. And yes, Decepticon is my other band. We have about 5 covers and the rest are open improv jams. (minimal key changes Our keys player has a rhodes, korg triton, and mini korg synth, so maybe you could hop on one of those for a bit to kick off the open jam or something.

"Birdsong" is the guy's name who was taping on Saturday and playing the keyboard next to his van for a good part of Sunday. Apparently, he started in on this scene after he heard about Kettlejam on Jambase. He doesn't get to a computer much, but eventually we will get our set from Kettle and hopefully, get the tunes from Saturday too.

Right. You find places that won't result in feedback. It has been done before and can be done again. Less equipment = less potential problems

The sound was pretty good this year, for the most part, but I am still in favor of a modified "Wall of Sound." The one chuck's where I ran sound, all of the speakers were behind the band, so that whatever we could hear was the same as what the audience was hearing. The reason that I don't really like monitors is that the band has no idea what sound is actually being blasted into the audience. The performers could have a perfect mix on stage, but it may sound like crap to the crowd. Also, if monitors blow out, which has happened to us before, the performers are basically left guessing what is going on. just some thoughts.... What do you think about asking bands who are represented on the disc to throw down $20 bucks or something like that for future printings. Each $20 could cover about a spool of 50, right?
If all else fails......
When the hydrocelator is up again, I could just come back here, from the future, and pay for it all...

1. I can do the printing
2. Am I burning 100, then giving them to marrielle and Dave or burning 50 and having them burn them?
3. who is crazy dave?
4. I plan on using recordings from our VA run next weekend, so I can get those recordings to you next sunday or monday.
5. i was under the impression that there was money available for this kind of thing in some sort of fund. if you need money at some point, let me know and i will try to rustle some up.
I'm at Vegoose and seein' Robert Randolph and Trey tonight, Maceo tomorrow and the original Meters on Monday!

Yeah sure.
I want to change some of our stuff on there though.. the stuff I sent you is way out dated at this point.
I will get done whatever you send... It should only take about 2 hours if I can take over a lab...

www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/americas/10/12/canada.troops.marijuana.reut/index.html"We tried burning them with white phosphorous -- it didn't work. We tried burning them with diesel -- it didn't work. The plants are so full of water right now ... that we simply couldn't burn them," he said." I have a few ideas... they need a task force of life-long trained, highly experienced individuals to eliminate all of those plants. The unit will, of course, have to be backed up by the artillery snack unit and mobile barracks.

The hydrocelator wasn't ready at the time of chucks this year, but it will be ready for this past chucks by 2025. We'll have a good chuckle about it someday. Remember when it malfunctioned and that fiery mechanimal came out of it? You will..........
I can definitely burn a bunch of cds. However many you send, I will burn. It is always fun to take over rows and rows of PSU computers in the lab. Can you or Degicank fund the blanks and shipping? I have $11 in the bank at the present time.
We don't really have an updated site right now... myspace is our only one. Any volunteers?
Can we change some of our songs on the sampler? We have much better versions/ new songs to add that would be more true to what we are doing now.
Yes, Robot is an original. It was written by Jim and Dan. There will be many more parts added onto it as soon as the studio is functional.
